Benefits, Cycles and other information about GHRP 6

Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide 6 was developed in the 1980s. This is a hexapeptide made of chains of 6 amino acids. This peptide was similar in response to natural human growth hormone extracted from cadavers but more safe and effective than the latter. The ghrp 6 is not a human growth hormone but a peptide that stimulates the pituitary gland to release growth hormones. GHRP 6 stimulates Ghrelin receptors in the body through Ghrelin mimetic response. The stimulated Ghrelin receptors signal the brain to stimulate the pituitary gland to secrete GH and inhibit the release of Somatisation.


Increased muscle growth and fat loss are the two principal benefits of ghrp 6. More secretion of growth hormone by the pituitary gland caused by ghrp 6 results in increased release of Insulin-Like Growth Factor by the liver. Increased levels of GH and IGF create an anabolic environment in the body which means protein synthesis is accelerated. As a result, the body gains muscle mass swiftly. GHRP 6 also increases the body’s basal metabolic rate, which increases fat burning, leading to the loss of extra fat.

Preparing GHRP 6

Preparing or reconstituting ghrp6 entails mixing it with sterile or bacteriostatic water. GHRP 6 comes in powdered form in 5ml vials. Sterile or bacteriostatic water needs to be injected slowly into the vial. The amount of sterile or bacteriostatic water to be injected is 2 ml. The top of the vial should be cleaned using an alcohol swab before injecting water to prevent contamination. The powder must be allowed to absorb the water, and the vial should not be shaken. If some powder does not mix, rotate the vial in an anti-clockwise direction to even mix the residual powder. The vial should then be kept in a refrigerator at 8 degrees Celsius. The vial should never be exposed to direct sunlight or heat.

Cycles of GHRP 6

The dosage cycle of GHRP 6 is divided into three types based on the aims of the user.  These are GHRP Cycle for Muscle Gain, GHRP Cycle for Fat Loss and GHRP Cycle for Anti-Ageing. The user’s diet and training regimen determine which cycle the user selects and whether the intended benefits are achieved.

GHRP 6 Cycle for Muscle Gain- To achieve enhanced muscle mass, 100 mcg of GHRP 6 should be administered three times a day for 4-6 months. The 1st dose is to be taken in the morning, the second dose should be taken 6 hours later, and the third dose should be taken at night before going to sleep. To get more muscle mass, 4th dose can be added. But beginners should start with three doses and add the fourth dose only after gaining experience.

GHRP 6 Cycle for Weight Loss- For losing excess weight through increased fat burning, three doses need to take in a day. Each dose should be 100 mcg. The first dose needs to be taken after waking up in the morning, the second dose should be taken before the workout session, and the final dose should be taken at night before going to sleep. The cycle should run for 4-6 months.

GRP Cycle for Anti-Ageing and other benefits- To reap the anti-ageing and other uses of ghrp 6, a minimal dosage can be taken. Minimal dose causes secretion of GH in smaller amounts, but the levels are enough to provide anti-ageing and other health benefits. The frequency is just 1-2 doses daily. Each dose in mcg should be of the same magnitude as the weight of the user in kg. For example, a 60 kg user should take needs 60 mcg per dose. The dose should not exceed 100 mcg. The duration of the cycle can be 4-6 months.


A single dose should not exceed 100 mcg because a higher dosage will not be more effective but increase the risk of side effects. Carbohydrates and fats reduce the impact of the ghrp 6 peptide. Thus, it should be taken at least 30 minutes before meals and 2 hours after the last meal.

There should be a gap of 8 weeks between two ghrp 6 cycles.
