There are several myths surrounding boxing. Some say that it’s too dangerous to practice, while others claim that it’s only for men. There are also those who believe that women shouldn’t even try boxing because they won’t last long. Here are three common misconceptions about boxing that you should know before you start training.

Myth #1: It is not a safe exercise for a woman

While many people think that boxing is only used by big men and machos like professional boxers, this couldn’t be further from the truth. Women have been boxing since the 1960s, and have made great strides in their fitness over the years. In fact, according to an article published in the journal Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise, there were more than 12 million registered female amateur athletes in 2016 alone!Did you know that on gambling online apps you can bet on the best boxers.

Myth #2: Boxing isn’t good for your health

You may wonder why I would include this myth on my list of things that will cost you real money. Well, if you look at how much time and money women put into their workouts every day, then you’ll realize how important this can be for us. The average person spends around 2 hours per week working out. But when we add another hour or so to our times spent practicing boxing, one must ask themselves, “What am I doing wrong?”

If you want to get fit and lose weight without spending any money, then boxing can help you achieve just that. One of boxing’s greatest advantages is that it takes no equipment, which means absolutely nothing is needed to begin!

Myth #3: Boxers don’t make a lot of money

It seems like everyone has heard this rumor. However, what most best online casino players don’t realize is that there are thousands of professional boxers making enough money each year to support themselves financially. In fact, top-ranked male boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. makes millions each year through his endorsements with Under Armour, Nike, and Gatorade. In addition, he has a net worth estimated to be $180 million dollars.

    Conclusion

If you’re looking to make some serious cash, then this could be the workout plan for you. Now keep in mind that a full-fledged boxing career can eat up quite a bit of your time and energy; therefore, don’t expect to set aside a large portion of your life for this activity!
